Today we concluded our study of the main ruling spirits... Next week we plan to begin studying Scriptural methods of Spiritual Warfare for dealing with these spirits and their underlings, when we encounter them in the lives/situations within our sphere of influence...
Spiritual Warfare - the 3 Top Ruling Spirits - the Three Frogs
·1· Revelation 16:12-14 “And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great Day of God Almighty.”
o Timing of the Prophecy: the frog spirits manifest most epically during the 7 vials.
§ “And the sixth angel poured out his vial…”
o What are the frogs? The frogs are demonic entities, or spirits, or demons
§ “They are the spirits of devils”
o What do the frog spirits do? They go unto (into) the global political leaders, possessing world governments.
§ “…(they) go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world…”
§ They unite the world in rebellion against Yahweh.
The False Prophet and Spirit of Rebellion (3rd Frog Spirit):
The third Frog Spirit which comes out of the mouth of the False Prophet: Demon Name – “Spirit of Rebellion”
The Counterfeit Team:
The three frog spirits are the upside down version of the structure of Heaven’s Team… So, the dragon is working to unseat/replace Yahweh… The Beast is the Anti-Messiah, attacking the Work, Ministry and Person of Yahshua as Messiah… The False Prophet is the false forerunner who prepares the way for the Beast, counterfeiting the Work of the Malachi 4 prophet (because true Messiah has a prophet who serves as His forerunner).
· Malachi 4:4-6 “Remember ye the Law of Moses My servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the Statutes and Judgments. Behold, I will send YOU Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahweh: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest (before) I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
The Message of the True Prophet is:
· “Remember (obey, keep) Torah”
· Exposing sin… “How long halt ye between two opinions? If Yahweh be God, follow Him! If Ba’al is god, then follow him!”
· The work of the Prophet is to turn the hearts of the people back to what their spiritual forefathers loved and embraced – restoring the Old Paths (Jeremiah 6:16).
o John 8:39 – “If you were Abraham’s Seed (partakers of the Covenant) you would do the works of Abraham” – John 8:39
o Genesis 26:5 “Because that Abraham obeyed My Voice, and kept My Charge, My Commandments, My Statutes, and My Laws (Torah).”
The Third Frog Spirit is the Spirit of Rebellion

The spirit of rebellion brings a SPIRIT OF
FALSE RIGHTEOUSNESS, causing people to believe they are doing righteously
while heeding this spirit. This spirit was at work in the Pharisees in Christ’s
time. Under its influence, they crucified Christ, while believing themselves to
be the children of Yahweh.

The spirit of rebellion brings a SPIRIT OF
HERESIES, causing people to believe lies and false doctrines, forsaking the
Old Path of Truth.
·
The spirit of rebellion brings a SPIRIT OF
ANTI-TORAH, causing people to rebel against Yahweh’s Law, believing that
the Law of Yahweh is evil.
·
The spirit of rebellion brings a SPIRIT OF
DARKNESS. Isaiah 8:20 says that when a spirit speaks not according to the
Torah, it is of darkness. Spiritual darkness follows this spirit, causing
people to actually think that evil is good and good is evil. And making them
increasingly blind (Strongholds are blind spots that cannot be reasoned away)

SPIRIT OF CORRUPTION – rejection of the
Law of God and Torah Truth to the point of losing the Creator’s Image and
becoming debased “beasts”.

SPIRIT OF THE WORKS OF THE FLESH – this
spirit works to get people to embrace the wicked characteristics from Galatians
5:19-21… This spirit is a ruling spirit under Rebellion (the Third Frog
Spirit)… The focus is against Torah…
o Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the
flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery (10 Commandments),
fornication (Statutes), uncleanness (Statutes), lasciviousness (Statutes), Idolatry,
witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions,
heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of
the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that
they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
· SPIRIT OF SENSUAL RELIGION – this
spirit gets people to trust their senses, feelings, experiences, miracles, to
determine what’s true…
o The number one purpose of the
Spirit of Yahweh is to lead us into Truth… Isaiah 8:20 tells us that Truth is
tested and discerned by the Law (Torah) and the Testimony.
· SPIRIT OF HYPOCRISY – causes people to create an
alternative moral standard, outside of Torah…
There is a sense of righteousness…
“Goodness” is not defined by Torah (this is the root suggestion).
· SPIRIT OF THE TRADITIONS OF MEN – Manifestations of this spirit’s
work include keeping Christmas and Easter…
1 John 4:1-2 “Beloved, believe not every
spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false
prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every
spirit that confesseth that Yahshua Christ is come in the flesh is of
God.”
What about Fellowship?
We are not to fellowship with darkness…
·
Fellowship includes eating together – in
Acts – fellowship involved eating together (in fact to this day its called a
“fellowship lunch”)
·
Fellowship also includes worshipping together
– we are spiritual Family, brothers and sisters with the Body of Christ (but
Matthew 18 tells us how to handle someone who was a brother/sister and then
stepped away in belief or physical separation).
·
When Fellowship is happening, there is a give
and take… Phileo love is blessing
and being blessed… The relationship is
two ways… But Agape is one-way
love… Love is given, nothing is received
back… no soul-ties.
Darkness is judged by how much light a person has had
opportunity to have… So, if a person is
in the world and just hasn’t known, but now light is shining and they are
walking in the light they have been given – they are not in darkness!!!
The Pharisees seemed to be the ultimate depiction of
righteousness… but they didn’t perceive
Christ, so great was their darkness.
What is a person doing with the Light they have been
given!??? This is a person whose light will grow more and more unto the perfect
Day!
The definition of Legalism is totally different than most
believe… Legalism is not keeping
Torah… That’s obedience, which is the
test of our love.
Legalism is when a person has rejected LIGHT on one or more
things… And then they expect by
kindness, and “good behavior” etc… to
account for, make up for that skeleton in the closet. Our sins cannot be worked
away, by doing enough “good works” to compensate. When we try to compensate for
known sin by good works that is Legalism.
There is a huge difference between a PREFERENCE and a
CONVICTION…
