The Final 7 Years: 2020-2027...
Scripture tells us to use the Heavens for prophecy - the Heavenly Lights were made for "signs" - prophetic signs.
Genesis 1:14 “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.”
Daniel 8 and the Ram-Goat War Ends with the Beast Being Revealed
In the final 7 years, the big event – is the Luciferian rise of global governance – the counterfeit Messiah (the Beast) ruling the world, and the complete control of government by evil…
Out of the conflict between the Ram and He-goat, the devil’s system (in the goat) fully rises to power… The one horn breaks, four arise, and out of the fourth comes the Little Horn (Antichrist) to full power and revelation
• The Beast - Revelation 13:2-4
· The Beast power is a global entity that combines the political realms from Daniel 7 – (all the Daniel 7 beasts are manifested in this homogenized entity).
· His power to command appears unchallengeable (risk of death)… people follow, wonder, worship, out of fear… they “cannot” resist.
· Micah 5:5-6 – The Assyrian (Antichrist) will be defeated by “seven
shepherds” and “eight principal men”
o
Context for understanding:
§
The Assyrian is the Beast – the Antichrist
§
Seven shepherd/eight principal men will destroy “the land of Nimrod
(Babylon)” and deliver from the Assyrian – this is the side of the Kingdom of
Heaven
· Babylon falls in the end of time – Revelation 14:8
· Daniel 2 portrays the abominable image as falling in the end when the
Stone Kingdom strikes it. Babylon is the head of the image (head governs body)
o The Stone is cut out of the mountain (Mount Zion – the Kingdom of
Yahweh)
o
Seven Shepherds? Eight principle men?
§ Numbers in prophecy are often more about spiritual meaning than a
quantity
·
“to Seven oneself” is shava in Hebrew
o
“to swear an oath” and “to bind oneself to the Covenant”
§
Abraham established a Covenant at Beersheba (the well of the Seven or
the well of the oath)… as a sign, there
were seven ewe lambs offered.
§Yahweh “sevens Himself” in Jeremiah 22:5… “swear” is shaba/shava…
· “Shepherds” in Micah 5 is translated from the Hebrew word “ra’ah”,
which is the name of a constellation.
o Ra’ah is Yahshua, the Good Shepherd. It is His Work to take out the Beast and to bring the Saved people of Yahweh into the completion of the Covenant – receiving of all that was promised in the Covenant
The
Riddle Itself (Structure)
Seven
kings
• Five are fallen
• One is
• One is yet to come (short time)
· The Beast
• “Was, and is not”
• Is the eighth
• Yet is of the seven
· Ten kings
• Not yet ruling
• Receive power briefly with the Beast
The Seven Kings (the commonly accepted interpretation)
·
“Five are fallen” – these are past
powers
o
Commonly this is applied as:
- Egypt(?)
- Assyria
- Babylon
- Medo-Persia
- Greece
- These had already fallen by the 1st century
·
“One is” – at the time of John:
Rome… Rome was ruling when Revelation was written… Rome directly
persecuted early believers…
·
“One is not yet come” – a future 7th
kingdom
A kingdom that arises after Rome
It would “continue for a short space”
This suggests a transitional kingdom – not the final form…
·
The Eighth (the Beast) is “of the
seven”
o The Beast is not new – rather it is a
final manifestation of what has been, in its most epic form
o It comes after the seventh (king), yet
is rooted in prior empires
o It’s a pattern (recognizing the
pattern helps us decode it)
·
The Beast “was, and is not, and yet is
(or shall be)”
o This mirrors (in a counterfeit way)
what the Bible says about Yahweh/Yahshua: “Who was, and is, and is to come”
