Today we continued our study of the third Frog Spirit, which is the Spirit of Rebellion.
Topic Prophecy Scripture: Revelation 16:12-14
· Revelation 16:12-14 “And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great Day of God Almighty.”
The Counterfeit Team:
The three frog spirits are the upside down version of the structure of Heaven’s Team…
So, the dragon is working to unseat/replace Yahweh…
The Beast is the Anti-messiah, attacking the Work, Ministry and Person of Yahshua as Messiah…
The False Prophet is the false forerunner who prepares the way for the Beast, counterfeiting the Work of the Malachi 4 prophet (because true Messiah has a prophet who serves as His forerunner).
To understand the False Prophet and its associated frog-spirit, we first need to understand the true, since the false is the counterfeit of the true:
The True Prophet of Yahweh:
The True Prophet, Who is the real forerunner of Messiah was John, literally (as “Elijah”)… But it is also a prophecy that is fulfilled by all the people of God, who give the Elijah Message. It has a literal and figurative fulfillment.
· Malachi 4:4-6 “Remember ye the Law of Moses My servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the Statutes and Judgments. Behold, I will send YOU Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahweh: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
The Message of the True Prophet is:
· “Remember (obey, keep) Torah”
· Exposing sin… “How long halt ye between two opinions? If Yahweh be God, follow Him! If Ba’al is god, then follow him!”
· The work of the Prophet is the turn the hearts of the people back to what their spiritual forefathers loved and embraced – restoring the Old Paths (Jeremiah 6:16).
The Frog Associated with the False Prophet is the Spirit of Rebellion
· The spirit of rebellion manifests in rejecting Yahweh’s Word and Law
· STEPS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEED-TO PLANT-TO FRUIT - DECEPTION:
· Step 1 – Not love the Truth – Truth is our Shield against deception
· Step 2 –
Believe a lie - the wrong idea (doctrines of devils) is accepted in the heart.
And the twisted Scripture is appearing as “righteous” to the person

2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 “And
with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because
they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be
saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that
they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who
believed not the Truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
· Step 3 – Hardening
of the Heart Against Truth – when Yahweh shows (or gives opportunity to see)
that the belief is deception, if the person persists, their heart becomes
hardened… The idea grows… The person
will now be firmly convinced that they are right.
· Step 4 – The Lie
Bears Fruit and is Reproduced – the Fruit is that the person now evangelizes
the false idea. They believe it firmly, and the devil uses the “believer” who
is deceived to spread the deception to others. What started as a single false
idea will spread into others – like how cancer spreads in the body.
· Step 5 – The Deceived One Becomes Persecutory – the one who is deceived becomes “against” those who reject the “truth” they are trying convey. Anyone who has heard the false ideas and doesn’t accept them is judged as being “on the devil’s ground” – and then a “righteous” persecution… If the deceived person can’t convince you, they work to bully you…
