Prophecy Club 2 - Session 65 - May 25, 2022

 

Today we concluded our study of Zechariah's vision of the man with the Measuring Line.

In our studies of this vision, we found that When Jerusalem is referred to in a positive way (like being saved from the Fire of Hell, or being used for the conversion of the nations) it is the Body of Christ, the corporate group of the saved Believers. When Jerusalem is referred to in a negative way (seat of the Beast, etc) it is the literal city (2 Thess. 2:4-5).

The measuring process is judgment. Different groups of people are measured at different times. The first group that is measured is the 144,000. Additionally, we found that the measuring line is the Law of Yahweh - the Torah. In other words, the Torah is the Standard by which we will be judged.
